“Three Cups of Tea”

“Three Cups of Tea”
Three Cups of Tea was a fantastic book, but was most like a move as Jeff said. No matter what it is, after reading, I trust more than 80% of the stories are true, that’s enough. Because this book is not a recorder, it is just a novel according the Greg’s true stories. Although for attracting readers’ eyes, the author maybe changes some details and make up some things, it is only want to satisfy readers’ demand and arose readers’ sympathy. As I read it I become increasingly amazed at how much Greg can accomplish, and I still have been thinking what dose “Three Cups of Tea” mean really.
At beginning Greg climbing the K2, he only wants to put his sister’s necklace on the K2 peak. He lost in the valley, and almost dead under the mountain K2. Fortunately, he was rescued by Korph village people and felt could build a school for Korph children. Although the progress of building the first school for Korph was very difficult, and the time was a little long, Greg still didn’t give up. He almost lost everything, but he got his wife-Tara, who is very support him and loves him. As old saying goes “The God close one door, but open one window for you.” Though building school for Korph, Greg understood what was “Three Cups of Tea” real mean. He learned to how to communicate with local people. However, I think “Three Cups of Tea” tell us if we want to achieve some thing, the first cup of tea is to think about it, the second cup of tea is to plan it, the third cup of tea is to complete it. Such as charity, maybe many people want to do some thing for poor children, but they only drink the first cup of tea.

So let us don’t waste our limit time to distinguish whether it is true or not, look forward to doing something for the people who need help.

I shouldn’t have been a boy

If the God gives me one more time, let me choosing my gender by my self, I would have chose female. Although as a man I have a lot of physical advantages, we also afford so many liabilities. As man I have more powerful muscle, but I must do much more heavy dirty jobs, such as carrying heavy materials, doing the dirty work, taking high pressure job.
I have already had one job. When the office had any labor work, I should volunteer to do it. Otherwise other lady colleagues would look down me, and thought I wasn’t gentlemen. Although sometimes I was very busy with my hand work, I must stop it and be a volunteer. Sometimes I ask my self, “Why should men always hold the door for the women? Just because am I man?” I usually listen to, “Women should be equal with men.” “Why could women open the door by themselves? Couldn’t they have enough power to open the door?” I thought. Someone told me that holding the door for the girl just was a good manner of etiquette. Man just wants to make up to girl. May by it’s not a big deal. However, the average life age of men is lower than women. One main reason is because men take lot of heavy labor work, and they also take more metal pressure than women. In my country China, men should work hard and earn more money to support the family, but women only need to care children and do some house work. As I know, Japan men take more pressure than China men, so there more suicides in Japan. Although Japanese has a very bad suicide habit, men suicide rate is higher than women.
Admittedly men can easily find job, some job actually is very bad for taking. Men take more outside jobs under the sun, because their family is waiting for them a lot of money to feed them. Men heave to find job as soon as possible, so they don’t have enough time to wait or choose good job. On the contrary, women usually work as teacher, nurse, sale, reception, etc. Although these jobs’ salary is not much high, women take these decent works and enjoy life. They pay more attention on how to keep them young and beautiful.
So if I can choose my gender, I would be a girl.

“WeChat”

“…ding dong,” I pick up my cell phone as soon as possible. “Who sent the massages?” I ask my self, “What’s the matter?” I quickly check my “WeChat”, to see if there are some interesting events.
“WeChat” is one Chinese Version of MSN, which is very popular in English country, but there are a great many of people prefer to use “WeChat” in China.  As long as I open my cell phone, I would log in my “WeChat”. Am I obsessed with “WeChat”? I am not sure, but I really couldn’t live without “WeChat”.
First of all in “WeChat”, I can free send massages, upload many my favorite photos, leave words. It’s a communicate tool. Though “WeChat”, I can contact with my friends any time, and keep in touch with my old friends. I can easily to know what are they doing, and tell them where I am.
Besides, I can find a lot of fun. There were so many interesting photos and paragraphs, which made me smile when I was feeling unhappy. I also can share my funny matters with them. As soon as I find some fun, I will unload it into my “WeChat”.
Lastly, wherever I was, whatever I did, I would keep my “WeChat” on line. I want to know what happened in “WeChat” at first time. So when I was eating, watching TV, walking, even in the class, I always keep it on line.
Although I got lots of benefit, I also face many problems. Sometimes I can’t pay concentration on studying English. Focusing on “WeChat”, there are so many mental problems. I am a little sensitive with “…ding dong.” When I listened to such rings, I immediately search my cell phone. Someone said I was a kind of crazy.
I shouldn’t have installed “WeChat”. It has both advantages and disadvantages. So what I should do is make full use of it but meanwhile don’t dwell on it, and do some exercise or develop some other interest.
